Nugentive provides Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) auditing and optimization services for businesses. Our current offerings include:

• Simple AEO Audit (one-time automated audit)
• Detailed AEO Audit (comprehensive manual and automated audit with full recommendations)
• Done-With-You (DWY) Retainer (ongoing optimization guidance with client participation)
• Done-For-You (DFY) Retainer (full-service ongoing AEO optimization)

Retainer services are governed by a separate Service Agreement. These Terms apply to website use and one-time purchase services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have legal authority to enter into a binding contract on behalf of yourself or your business. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts and Purchases

When you purchase a service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity associated with your purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on nugentive.com, including text, graphics, logos, methodology, audit frameworks, and scoring systems, is the property of Nugentive Labs Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Audit reports and deliverables produced for you are licensed for your internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our deliverables without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Nugentive's proprietary methods or audit frameworks to you.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
